Marek started working for Estey & Bomberger after he passed the California Bar Exam in 2013. His work focused on mass tort and sexual abuse cases, where he combined legal knowledge with his interpersonal skills serving as the firm’s trusted client liaison. After several years with Estey & Bomberger, Marek decided to expand his legal acumen and gain experience in employment law, which led him to spend several years as a litigator for both plaintiff and defense firms in San Diego, where he represented and advised both individuals, as well as private and public entities.
While practicing employment law, Marek never lost touch with Estey & Bomberger and welcomed an opportunity to return to the firm in 2025 as a seasoned attorney. Marek is again focusing on representing victims of sexual abuse and holding unscrupulous entities accountable for failures to protect individuals from sexual abuse and exploitation. Marek’s work includes ride share, as well as university and church sexual abuse cases. At Estey & Bomberger, Marek works closely with a team of sexual assault victim advocates to ensure that victims’ legal rights are protected and vindicated, and that each victim is treated with dignity and respect they deserve.
