As a case manager, he plays a key role in guiding files from pre-litigation through conclusion, making sure each one is complete, organized, and supported with the documentation needed. From gathering essential records to managing case-related costs and keeping administrative details in order, Shaldon helps ensure clients receive careful, attentive support at every step.

Outside the office, Shaldon is deeply involved in the community. He coaches youth football and baseball, bringing the same patience, leadership, and steady presence to the field that he brings to his work.
